Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Good afternoon, Thank you for providing feedback on your recent experience with Qdos and I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the service. Please note that direct debit applications will be automatically renewed, but you have the option to switch to a manual renewal to avoid this. Following automatic renewals you do have the option to remove this by following the not renewing link provided in our renewal notifications. As the policies are renewed to start 28 days in advance, it gives you ample opportunity to notify us of any changes and/or wish to remove the renewal way before any payments are due. I am afraid we can only provide notice of renewal 30 days in advance of expiry and unfortunately that policy isn’t due to expire yet. As soon as it is we will be in touch! I have emailed you directly so we can make the above changes should you wish to change your renewal preferences to meet your requirements! Kind regards Stephanie
