Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for providing feedback on your recent experience with Qdos and I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the service. We haven’t changed our premiums for quite a few years now but the last few years you have been with us you had a discount, which I have reapplied to your most recent renewal so a refund will be credited back to your account in 3-5 working days. This means your premium has not changed since 2021. As you renewed online, the discount doesn’t automatically apply, so next time get in touch with us so we can provide you with a discount code to use online at your convenience!
