We do apologize for the issues with the dishwasher. There was a lengthy process for our appliance technician to try and source replacement parts, which, in the end, were not available and the entire unit had to be replaced. We are also very sorry for the confusion with the departure emails - that was human error on our part during a period of staff transitioning. We do hope to see you back again soon and that your next stay is without issue. Thank you for providing us with this very valuable feedback!
