We very much value your recommending our services and are happy to know that you felt secure in your suite. Homelessness and other social issues are unfortunately prevalent in our smaller Atlantic cities and can be more noticeable than in our larger cities. It is very disheartening to witness and we do appreciate how you may have been uncomfortable. We have confidence that the local governments and social departments are working hard to arrange centers and support systems to help alleviate this.

I'm sorry about the missed bi-weekly clean and I will forward your comments to the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure that this doesn't happen to any of our other guests. Unfortunately, it's a part of the corporate housing industry, to require 14 days of notice for any change of reservation. Unlike a hotel, that has many similar rooms, we have a limited number of properties and generally we need to offer suites at least 2 weeks in advance of a guest's arrival.
