I would like to ask, how you can review something that you haven't received yet? The order was only sent out yesterday on a 48 hour tracked service. We returned from our Christmas shut down yesterday and have been busy catching up with all our orders. I would also like to add that we regularly put hole punches and thumbcuts in our wallets with no issue at all. To receive a false negative review like his can be damaging to a small business like ours and is disappointing to say the least.
