We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

They cannot meet the time frame they quote. Given up on paying for a set delivery time as it never happens and my item is currently over one week late in arriving. Post Office tracking system is not...
