Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Not satisfied.

We are not happy with what we get from Peninsula for the amount of money we are paying. I can get all the webinars they offer through the Labor Board.They advise, but you still have to do everything....
