Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Parcel picked up just before 5pm. Delivered safe and sound 400 miles away2.30 pm next day, and for a good price! Hard to beat.door to door into the bargain.

Almost perfect.

Went perfectly except you sent me an email saying the collection had failed even though i handed to the driver myself. Had me worried but tracking showed it had arrived at the same time as showing...

Super fast pick up and delivery
