Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Parcelhero good value - the courier not so good

We use Parcelhero regularly and they are generally pretty and good value for money. Their courier UPS is much more variable so we are never sure when items are going to be collected or delivered. ...

Overall very good, however the parcel did not arrive on the day it was expected
