Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Excellent service!

We needed to send a few parcels a week before Christmas. Completed the order at 2pm which was very easy and parcels collected at 5pm. So straight forward. Will definitely use Parcel Hero again.
