From your feedback it sounds like the box may have been damaged in transit as I can see from our packing notes that everything was sent together. If you had contacted us immediately we would have been able to send you the missing components straight away. I can see that the delivery was made on 10th December and appears to have been signed for, so it is a mystery as to how it was left on your doorstep. We're finalising contracts with new couriers at the moment and one of the key points will be leaving orders as instructed.
With regard to instructions, we don't send our paper items with the plants as they are prone to getting damaged however we have a lengthy 'Help and Advice' section on our website which goes into some detail on the planting of different types of trees.
I can offer you two options, I can send the missing components if the tree has not yet been planted, or, if the tree is already in the ground I can give you a full refund for the planting kit. Let me know which option suits you best (using the contact details below) and I'll action the necessities at this end for you.
