Our deliveries are made to the nearest accessible external point of the property, which is typically the front door or, where access restrictions apply, kerbside. Drivers are not contracted to enter properties or carry goods beyond the threshold, and on this occasion the delivery was made to the driveway in line with our delivery policy. Having reviewed your order, we can confirm that it was delivered within the advertised Express Delivery timescale. All of our flooring is cut, rolled, and wrapped in our warehouse, complete with an inner cardboard tube to help prevent damage during storage and transport.
