Vad tråkigt att ni inte var nöjda med ert hotell. På vår hemsida visar vi både hotellets officiella stjärnklassificering och kundomdömen från gäster som bott på hotellet tidigare, för att hjälpa våra kunder att välja ett hotell som passar just dem.
Ifall ni vill lämna in ett officiellt klagomål kan ni göra detta genom att mejla reklamation@ebeach.se. Var noga med att bifoga ert bokningsnummer som börjar på MYB i all kommunikation med reklamationsavdelningen.
