How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Good on price and delivery, but the not being able to add to quantity without total reordering was a nuisance.

Hello, We are really happy that you had an overall positive experience with Your NRG. At the time of order unfortunately card details are attached for the amount ordered and we are not able to increase this payment amount otherwise it entirely voids the card payment. You can always order more and we can reduce to litres ordered as this does not void the payment. We are more than happy to help in the future if this happens to be the case again however - please contact us on 01642 686000 if you have any further questions.
