How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your feedback, we are glad to hear that our driver was nice and friendly when delivering! I do apologise that we arrived on days that were not ideal for you, I can see at the time of order these days were blocked off on your account as unavailable, so I will raise this with our transport team to ensure they follow date restrictions and accommodations going ahead.
