Unfortunately, on this occasion we experienced an unexpected and simultaneous mechanical failure on two of our delivery vehicles. While unplanned, these incidents can disrupt our usual operations, and we understand how frustrating this must have been particularly when you were expecting the same level of service you’d received before. I want to reassure you that we do not "penny pinch" or compromise on vehicle maintenance or safety, quite the opposite, with our continued investment in timely fleet servicing and maintenance. We're currently reviewing this incident in detail to prevent similar occurrences in the future. We appreciate your concerns and will be using your feedback to strengthen our operational resilience. It’s disappointing to hear that this situation led you to cancel your order, and we’re sorry we weren’t able to deliver the experience you rightfully expected.
