Whilst we are sorry that you received a faulty record, James tried his best to give you various options - including, from the very outset, the option of a full refund. And whilst James was unfailingly polite and friendly, you were not. Indeed, your final message to James was so rude and aggressive that we had already added you to our rarely-used list of banned customers.
