Great service as always from next. These are the only trousers I could find that fit my little boy properly. It's great that they come in a variety of fits. Very hsppy

I ordered using the next day delivery option because I needed the items by the weekend latest, but I left enough time so that if it didn't arrive the next day I would still receive my items in time....

Terrible customer service at pick up point
Items were delivered to my local store (Birmingham, Bullring). Customer service was absolutely terrible - I queued for ages and when I was finally served, the assistant was rude and unprofessional.
