Excellent service

When we arrived at the selected store the goods were not ready and we had to return at a later time

Order on time and good cummunication keeping me updated on when it's expected.

Using the app is quick and easy to make a purchase, then it arrives either the next day or if a product has been delayed it turns up as soon as it's ready

Provide sufficient staff to answer the phone and in store provide a decent service to collect items instead of the current lengthy queues. Give accurate delivery dates and keep the customer up to date

Next are very good at next day delivery which I love ❤️ And o put it on my account and pick up in store so I don't pay any extra for delivery. By far the most convenient way to shop👍

Prompt delivery, but store was busy on pick up. Staff member was professional and friendly whilst serving me.
