Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Great company, shame there was a problem with their email system.

There was an issue with their email service so I didn’t receive a confirmation email. Their comms when I emailed them were great and dispatch and delivery was really quick.
