Just completed the trial box and my continuing box is due to arrive today, all seamless. I’ve also managed, with a chat online, to move the date of my next delivery so that I won’t need to worry about running out over Christmas!

I’ve tried my dogs on several different brands of food over the last year against friends recommendations but have never been happy with one aspect or other of their health. It came to a head when feeding a different brand of raw my youngest dog lost three kilos in three months, he wasn’t overweight to begin with so this was a concern. I felt the only thing I could do was return to Natures Menu as I know this suits them. He loves this food and is once again thriving, he feels less skinny than a couple of weeks ago which is good news. I won’t be changing again!
Natures menu staff are always there to help and problem solve any problems I have had .The delivery drivers are always on time and very helpful with my deliveries

So Easy to use the website & buy what you want, just a shame they use DPD as their delivery guys as most of my stuff is half defrosted by the time it's delivered to me at the end of their route.

I am sorry to hear of your experience with our deliveries, I can advise that we are always looking at ways to improve our service. We do offer our own delivery service with our own refrigerated vans and drivers, these are maximised for larger frozen orders of 21kg and over. These are not left in insulated packaging so someone will need to be in to take delivery in.
