Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Delivered to the wrong address on the wrong day

I find no fault with the chocolate's of them selves in fact they are quite delicious however, they were delivered to the wrong address on the wrong day. Very poor service

I am so sorry that this delivery did not go as you wished. We have since spoken by phone. I can confirm that the address we delivered to was the address given when you placed your order. Unfortunately the address you instructed us to deliver to was in fact your billing address. This was shown on the order confirmation and on the copy order mailed to you when you placed your order. With regards delivery date we do try to make it as clear as possible on our website that the date you select with our free delivery service by Royal Mail is the date of despatch, not the date of delivery. Our free UK delivery service is great value but is not time specific. If you require a specific delivery date we do also offer this service.

delivered on time but apparently didn't include the message to the recipient didn't know who the chocs were from - bit embarrassing when I had to ask them if they had received as they hadn't said...

Excellent service for nieces birthday present

Yes definitely recommend, although couldn't place my order on line to my niece in Denmark as you required a postcode and my niece doesn't have one! Fortunately a very helpful lady placed my order...
