Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hello we have just spoken by phone. As we discussed this delivery to the Netherlands by Royal Mail is not trackable. If there is ever any concern that an order has not been received plase contact us and we will always be happy to make a courtesy call to the recipient to ensure delivery has been received.
