At Naken, we really do pride ourselves on offering impeccable customer service and quick and efficient delivery options.
I can see that you took the time to contact our dedicated customer service team, and that we have been able now, to give you a date of when your wallpaper will arrive to you.
All of our delivery dates are estimates, and although we try our absolute best to ensure orders arrive within the time specified, sometimes we are unable to fulfil this date. And for this, we hope you can accept our sincere apologies.
We do endeavour to advise our customers if there appear to be any delays with their order, so that we can resolve any potential issues as quickly as possible.
We do also specify on our website, not to book any trades people before you have received your order and are happy with it, as we cannot accept responsibility for your tradesperson turning up if your order has not yet arrived.
