Thank you for your review. We do show the price on the product with the VAT it is only when you go into the checkout process that this is split for accounting purposes. Please accept my apologies for the second delivery and I have been advised from the courier that they tried to make contact but could not get a response and as they were in your area and it was near to Christmas put the delivery on with the hope someone was in so you could have the delivery before Christmas.
Simple and easy buying process, had a phone call 2 days before my bed came (informing me of the delivery). It took 10 days to arrive and overall very happy!
