Very quick delivery and I was kept informed about when they where going to deliver my bed and even phoned me 10 mins before to say they where nearly hear.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you ordered the incorrect size headboard. We did send an order confirmation and also asked at the point of ordering online to check the sizing. The £30 charge was due to us attempting delivery and collect 3 times but there was no one there.
