Placed order online but payment was made over the phone. Was told delivery within 3days but when it hadn't arrived called to find out it would be an additional 3days as I was wrongly advised.

Good Morning and thank you for your review. I am sorry that you have found the bed frame to be like this and wish you had called us.The plastic slat caps need to be flexible to move with the slats and when hammered in with the slats connected will go in easily as described in the instructions. Had I known that you did not have the instructions I would of emailed over a PDF immediately to solve the problem.I have posted some of these to you today along with the instructions.
The delivery was delayed as we had switched to a different courier company and this was a paperwork error on our side and do apologies for this.

Arrived on time service was excellent and bed was excellent soooo very happy with it all. The bed was for my daughter and she loves it and so does mummy as she sleeps all night now in her own bed....

The bed company dealt with my order really quickly but the delivery company did not put the bed upstairs which was frustrating as I live alone . I have not yet put the bed together yet.

Good morning and thank you for your review. Please accept my apologies regarding the delivery but the trouble is we use lots of different couriers and sadly much of this is down to the individual delivering the bed. I will feed this back to the courier company however.

All arrived in good time and with good communication. Only slight problem was the delivery driver not being able to access the drive to the properties - lorry was either too big or he was too nervous.
