Good Morning I am a bit confused on your feed back as the order was placed on Thursday 08/01 and you were contacted on the Monday 12/01 and delivery arranged on the Wednesday and the driver called an hour before and met you at the property. I have confirmed with transport that this was the case but am pleased you are happy with the mattress.

Thank you for your review and giving us this information, I have contacted our courier company to find out that this order and been sub contracted to another company and we were not notified of this. They have also send the wrong under bed unit to you. Please accept my aplogies for thias and we will be in contact in the new year to re deliver the correct under bed on our own transport. Thank you for your review. I am glad that yoou have been pleased with the bedframe quality and the price. My apologies for the courier company as this was out of our control however I will be taking this matter up with them. I know though that they will not take beds upstairs as they are not insured for this and deliveries are to front door only.
