Thank you for your email. I am sorry that the box arrived wet on the corners and I will raise this with the couriers. I am afraid as stated on the website that they will only bring it to the front door as they are not insured beyond there. This is the same wit all national couriers however it does depend on the helpfulness of the driver on the day and sadly we have no control over this.

Rang the office to dicuss buying a bed frame. Everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful. They are so much cheaper than everyone else, would definitely recommend them.
