Thank you for your review and please accept my apologies for this. I have contacted the courier company and they advised due to road works and the driver not being allowed access this was why he did not deliver as he was turned around. I do struggle with this though as you can obviously gain access to your property. I have taken this higher and they have confirmed that this will be delivered to you later today

Firstly please accept my sincere apologies for this. When it goes wrong it really goes wrong. The courier lost the second bed the first time and have managed to totally wreck the second bed. As discussed we are using an alternative courier now and will swap the frame over so that we have this sorted for you asap. Please do accept my apologies as this is not the norm at all.
