Bad communication in terms of letting me know when the bed was dispatched etc. The bed also didnt come with any sort of instructions or reciept.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry the the delivery communication email sent to you ended up in your junk folder so you did not know the bed frame was being delivered. I am not sure why the instructions were not included but I will take this up with our supplier.
