Knowledgeable staff when I rang up. Would have preferred to pay extra for a time slot or Saturday delivery but this wasn't an option.

Thank you for your review. We are looking into weekend deliveries for next year but are still looking at various couriers. Sadly they will not take items up the stairs as are not insured to do this.

Ordered two items on one order but they were sent as two deliveries - never made aware of this and only found out when the first delivery arrived. Should be clearer when placing the order.
