Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I'd booked the cruise on board to get the cheapest deal. Mundy added their discount and managed the process. I didn't use them to book any add-ons as they weren't competitive. i.e. only offered one...

Many thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry that you felt we weren’t competitive with the add-ons, we are restricted when selling flights as we have to abide by the airlines ticketing rules which restrict the sale of opened ended return tickets.
