The company went above and beyond to rectify thebproblem created by the USP

Never received my recent order. USPS never delivered it. I was told by Dan that another order would be shipped. You have a wonderful product. Please rectify the problem. Thanks

We have taken onboard the cost of USPS losing your first shipment, and with the replacement shipment we will also pick up the additional shipping fee. It is on its way to your home address as you requested (and confirmed by Dan). You did confirm on one of your emails to us that you've recently started to experience problems with USPS delivering to your work address - this is really a service issue with USPS and not the ongoing service that we are providing to you.
