Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we’re sorry to hear of the delivery experience. If delivery is to an apartment complex, delivery is to the ground floor only. Couriers will not deliver goods up lifts or stairs due to Health and Safety reasons. We're sorry to hear the driver was not able to make an exception for you as their service is a reflection on Mocka.
