Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

East to set up, fair price cover for older dog

Easy to follow instructions to ste up and I don't seem to have been penalized for having an older dog. Cover seems very good will let you know at a later date I'd I find any concerns.
