We are truly disappointed that your experience on the Classical India with Nepal was not as you had anticipated and that some of the destinations visited weren't to your preferences. At Insight Vacations, we want our guests' journeys to be authentic, captivating and rewarding; therefore, we are sorry that you felt the itinerary it wasn't to Luxury Gold's high standards. Furthermore, we regret that you were unable to attend the Aarti Ceremony in Varanasi and to learn of your discomfort. Therefore, please allow us to apologise for any inconvenience that you encountered and we have passed on your concerns to our Operations and Quality Control Teams for their review. Nevertheless, we are pleased that the hotels and service throughout your trip meet your expectations, and we sincerely hope that you have still taken away some lasting memories of your holiday.
