Our personable and professional Travelling Concierges are always on hand to assist our guests with any queries; therefore, we are very pleased that you were happy with the service that you were provided during your trip. Additionally, we are delighted that you had a fun time learning about the Egyptian Culture and we hope that you will join us again for another captivating experience.

When journeying with us, we want you to feel entirely at ease and in comfort on-board our luxury coaches, which is why as mentioned in our brochures and on our website, our guests can look forward to travelling with no more than 40 passengers. However additionally, our guests may favour joining one of our Luxury Gold Small Group Journeys, limited to just 24 guests, which operate on selected dates and therefore, savour an even more tailored service and intimate experience. Even so, we certainly regret to learn of any confusion, as we work passionately to ensure that our vacation types are communicated effectively. We were also surprised and troubled to learn of your disappointment with our Travelling Concierges’ performance, as all of our representatives have received thorough training to be able manage our departures with the highest level of professionalism. However, to help ensure an even better experience going forward these concerns as well as those regarding your dining experiences and stay at the Villa le Maschere, have been shared with our Operations and Quality Control Departments respectively and will be reviewed. We understand that where you stay on your trip is really important. That is why; whether centrally located next to cultural attractions or in scenic areas with spectacular views, we endeavour to make certain that each hotel brings something special to our itineraries. Nevertheless, we regret to learn that you were disappointed with the location of your hotel in the Tuscan countryside and we have passed on your concerns to our Quality Control Department in order to review the choice of accommodation that you have mentioned, and to investigate any suitable alternatives that could be used in the future. Furthermore, we recognise that more time spent in Florence, as well as less spent in Verona, would have been better tailored to your preferences and our Product Development Team will happily reflect upon your comments to see which necessary improvements could be made going forward. That said, we certainly hope that you have still been able to take many enjoyable experiences away from your time in Italy and we hope to have the chance to restore your full faith in our guided vacations in the future.
