Regarding the itinerary, our Product Development team develops our itineraries based on notable points of interest and previous guest satisfaction. The Ultimate Italy guided holiday is a wonderful way to discover the history and grand characteristics of the country in a snapshot of time. As such, it may not be best suited for the more relaxed person’s tastes, although its benefits remain innumerable. We have nevertheless passed on your concerns to be reviewed, as your opinions are of great importance to us and will be used to make enhancements where appropriate. Finally, in the event that a guest has a physical, medical or other special need that requires accommodating, Luxury Gold will make reasonable modifications to its practices, unless doing so will fundamentally alter the nature of the services provided. With that said, our Travelling Concierges undergo extensive training to ensure the highest standards of professionalism are met and we’re therefore surprised to learn of Elena’s distribution of attention.
