Hello, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you experienced issues with your Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino. While occasional knots or joins can occur as a normal part of the manufacturing process, I completely understand how frustrating it can be to encounter one while working on a project. If you were unable to achieve the gauge listed on our website for this yarn, please feel free to reach out to us at info@lovecrafts.com with any additional details, and we would be happy to look into this further and assist where we can. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to help. Best wishes, Brianna and the LoveCrafts Team
