I'm sorry you had issues reaching us. Can you let us know what methods didn't work? We are always looking to improve our services. It's possible that it was after hours which would explain some difficulty because we are not open 24/7.

Well i contacted 888-895-7286 by text and it never replied back. I also tried using the online chat which nobody ever replied to aswell. I did eventually get an email though and you guys had done all you could to make sure the order was on its way. So either way you guys did a good job. And thanks again.
