Our quality is very consistent but Kratom is a natural product and batch to batch variations do occur. However, more importantly, there are many other variables because it's not a standardized product, herbs act differently depending on what you've eaten, how tired you are, and other environmental factors. This is very well known in the Kratom community. Just because it doesn't feel the same doesn't mean it won't feel differently (better or worse) in a few days.

Hello sir. The "taste" of kratom will change with every single batch. The taste is impacted by time of year of harvest, how much rain there was, if it was dried in the sun or inside, and even what's in the air when they dried it (and so many environmental factors). We make no assurances that the taste will stay the same, only that we keep the effects as consistent as possible). I don't understand why it deserves a 1 star review because it doesn't taste right to you. I'd like to ask that you let us know if the effects were good or not. If not, we can help you reset your tolerances so it works again. This is a personal thing that requires you to lower your dosing of kratom to allow your brain's receptors to reset themselves. Usually cutting your dose by 30-50% and holding it for 24-48 hours will do this and you'll get back to the effects you want. :)
