unfortunately as this is a Harlequin pattern book paper in a current book, we are not aware made aware that a pattern has sold out and discontinued until we place an order. When Harlequin sent the sample out to you there will have been some stock available, although perhaps minimal and when you later placed your order this had no doubt been sold. Apolgies that you have not received your 0.75p sample refund and this has been rectified.
