apologies that you have not received your Casadeco wallpaper samples. Your order was processed at the time of order and we received confirmation from Casadeco in France that your samples were on their way. We also emailed you with confirmation of this. Had you replied to the email advising that your samples had not arrived, we could have re-sent your sample order immediately. I have spoken again with Casadeco and your samples will be with you within the next few days.
