It's great to hear that you found the experience interesting and surprisingly varied, though it's unfortunate that the hotel in Riga fell short with its cramped rooms and disappointing breakfast. In contrast, we're delighted that the hotel in Tallinn was excellent, offering a pleasant room and wonderful breakfast buffet. Your insights with regards to the itinerary will be reviewed and considered for future planning so thank you for sharing your comments with us. It's great to hear that the tour was enhanced by knowledgeable guides and the transport and hotel accommodation exceeded your expectations. We are, however, sorry to hear that the packed schedule, combined with mobility challenges, made the trip demanding for you and the flight times were not discussed at the time of booking. The flight times are shown on your documents and are generally mentioned at the time of booking although we apolagise for any inconvenience caused. We do hope that despite this, you had a wonderful tour and returned with excellent memories.
