If an item is unsatisfactory, does not fit or you just don't like it you can get a full refund or an exchange no problem at all. You can send back to us for a refund or an exchange or you can exchange in any of our 27 stores nationwide or drop off for a refund and the store will contact us to process the refund for you. hi alex your refund policy states un used i did use it once that is how i found it to be such a loose fit their is not a mark on it if you are ok with this i would be more than happy to exchange it for a smaller size at your hamilton branch where i normal get my bike gear but decided to be lazzy and try on line think i will stick to going in to the shops from now on thanks davie mitchell

Nearly 30 years ago J&S Accessories Ltd started with one small store in Northwich, Cheshire. Today we have 30 stores across the UK ranging from Aberdeen in Scotland to Plymouth in Devon. During that 30 years we have developed into probably the best Motorcycle Clothing and Accessories retailers in the UK and in the last 5 years we have put that knowledge into retailing Motorcycles, Scooters and Commuters too.
