I am very sorry that you feel this way. The item you ordered is a very popular product in our stores. If any customer is unhappy with their purchase they are very welcome to return any item bought on our website for a full refund or an exchange (our full returns policy is on our website) to any of our 27 stores nationwide or back to our warehouse. This is no fuss and very quick. I hope the rest of the order experience,such as receiving delivery e-mails and delivery time etc, was satisfactory.
