However, we are sorry to learn of your disappointment regarding the absence of a courier on the trip and also regret that some meals did not meet expectations and that breakfast fruit choices were limited. We sincerely apologise that your accessibility request was not properly accommodated. We understand how disappointing and inconvenient it must have been to be allocated a second-floor room at the far end of the hotel following your wife’s hip operation. Your comments will be shared with the relevant teams to help improve future guest experiences.
