Great clothes, good quality, quirky designs. Sizing can be a bit unpredictable so always have to order two sizes. The only downside I would say is that you have to pay for returns and because I do have to order two sizes, I always have to send some back. With insurance for the value of the clothes, this can get expensive on top of the cost of the order!

Thank you for your comments regarding the order you placed with Joe Browns. We were disappointed to see that the items did not fit and that the ribbon on the top frayed. With regard to free returns we cannot offer this at present, but as the company grows it may be something we can offer. Please send the Sundae Top back using the pre paid label and we will either exchange the item or refund, as this is not acceptable. Again thanks for your comments. Kind regards. Tony Brown
