Couldn't of asked for more helpful, friendly staff.
My furniture was delivered today, the guys delivering were very polite and friendly, they unpacked, took all the furniture to the back garden and took the packaging away. The service was brilliant...
Service in are was great. Delivery, just dumped and left I. A dangerous state. I have raken photos to show how it's been left.

Good Afternoon,
I am sorry to hear you have not received excellent service throughout your experience of JB.
I have investigated your delivery and am assured our driver carefully placed all your items in your garden in your absence, with your permission. Sometimes the boxes can look a little ragged but the furniture within them is absolutely fine. I have just called your mobile to speak to you and apologise personally and reassure you that if there is any damage, the items will be replaced post haste.
We are proud of an impeccable service record and seldom have negative feedback.
